My Pit Crew

Assisting and supporting those living with disabilities all throughout Melbourne.

When a mate is just the support you need

We treat every client like a friend, providing genuine social support, that helps build long-lasting connections and friendships – and we do it in real social settings in one-on-one or in small relaxed groups of like-minded mates.

After all, you want to be in the driver’s seat. Enjoy life on your terms with a pit crew who supports you to take the wheel.

My Pit Crew do exactly that.

Schedule a meeting today to talk about your support needs.

What we do

Our promise to keep support accessible

As a registered not-for-profit, we’re able to keep our prices competitive, whilst still paying our disability support workers industry-leading rates. And, we provide support on behalf of the NDIS, meaning that all plan-managed and self-managed participants can claim our fees from their NDIS plan. Get more support for your money.

Our Team

We’ve had more than five years’ experience in the disability industry, but we’d rather not brag about how many clients we’ve had, because you’re not just a number to us. In fact, we’d rather keep our groups small and work with you long-term, building long-lasting friendships, with consistent, confidence-building support. It’s more important for us to share and celebrate the progress we’ve made in our mates’ lives.

Our Services

Through My Pit Crew, we provide 1:1 and small group mentoring programs for teens and young adults, helping them to navigate and thrive in everyday life.

Testimonials

Working with the team at My Pit Crew was easy. They enjoy the work and this shows in the relationships they build with their clients. My son always felt safe around their staff and enjoyed the varied opportunities that they provided.
— Mel & Mike, Mitcham
My Pit Crew has been such a refreshing change from the larger agencies we’ve worked with. The level of care and support we’ve received has been really appreciated! Thanks Team!
