My Pit Crew is part of the Safe Transport Australia not-for-profit collective, ensuring lower rates than the bigger agencies without sacrificing quality.
1:1 Support
This is our standard form of support that My Pit Crew provides. All of our support workers are passionate about their role and are enthusiastic about learning how to best work with our clients.
Our weekday and evening 1:1 supports are charged at the standard NDIS rate as per the current NDIS Price Guide.
We’re also proud to be able to sit below the cap and offer discounts for Saturday and Sunday services, as we know the NDIS standard rate can be restrictive.
Small Group Support
At My Pit Crew, we believe in the power of small group support. Unlike larger agencies, we keep our groups intentionally small and match participants based on similar interests and hobbies. This creates a safe and low-pressure environment where participants can develop social skills and build meaningful connections.
Small group supports vary from 1:1 - 1:3 depending on the needs of our young people.
